The Ministry of Education

The Ministry of Education project is a commercial and institutional interior design commission in the UAE, delivering functional planning and interior architecture for a public-sector environment serving staff, officials, and daily visitors.

Institutional briefs demand clarity, durability, and dignified finishes. We structured the floor plan around reception, customer service counters, conference facilities, and departmental offices — each zone with appropriate acoustic separation and accessibility compliance.

The reception and customer service areas prioritise queue management, privacy for enquiries, and a welcoming arrival sequence. Conference and meeting rooms were equipped for hybrid presentations with integrated AV coordination and flexible seating layouts.

Gathering areas and circulation corridors use consistent wayfinding, lighting levels, and material palettes that reinforce institutional identity while remaining easy to maintain at scale. Fire, life safety, and local authority requirements were embedded from concept stage.

Documentation packages included room data sheets, finish schedules, and contractor-ready drawings across multiple floors — reflecting our capability in large-format commercial and government interior design projects throughout Dubai and the Emirates.

Staff workspaces were planned for long-term flexibility, with modular furniture zones that can adapt as departmental needs evolve. Visitor areas use durable finishes suited to high daily footfall while maintaining a calm, authoritative atmosphere.
